Our Enviro Leaders and Student Council have been busy revamping our bins to make it easier to know which bin to use when dealing with our waste. This week, they were busy painting our general waste bins red and our recycling bins yellow. They hope this makes it very clear and easy for all our students to make the right choice when throwing out our rubbish.
Another way they are encouraging Eumundi kids to recycle is by having a fun competition between each cohort. The student councillors will be collecting data to see which cohort recycles correctly. The winning cohort will receive the 'Recycling cup' on parade every mid and end of term. If you need a refresher on what can go in our yellow bins, take a look below. Happy Recycling!
