This term we will once again be running our very successful SPELL-A-THON fundraiser. The money raised from the Spell-a-thon with go towards the extension and revitalisation of the school hall.
Details and important dates:
Wednesday 1 May 
·       Sponsor Envelopes and Spell-a-thon words sent home.
·       Students can begin gathering sponsors and learning their words.
·       Sponsors can make a set donation or sponsor your child for each word spelt correctly.
·       For safety purposes, children door knocking to collect sponsors are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Tuesday 21 May
·       SPELLING TEST - 30 Spell-a-thon words, 10 Wiz Competition words.            
·       Prep will have 20 sounds and 6 wiz sounds.  
·       Students will bring home their spelling score for you to write on their envelope.  
·       Students can start collecting sponsor money and returning it to their TEACHER.
Monday 3 June
·       DEADLINE for the return of all money and envelopes for prizes.
·       The first class to return ALL envelopes will receive a special prize
Monday 3 June to Friday 7 June
·       Week of the Spelling Wiz Competition.
·       All Word Wiz class representatives compete in year level spelling wiz competitions.
Monday 24 June
·       Spell-a-thon Assembly.
·       The announcement of all Spell-a-thon prizes and the total money fundraised.
Top individual fundraiser in each class ………………….. $20 Berkelouw voucher        
Top individual fundraiser in P-2 and 3-6 ………………... $100 Big W voucher             
Spelling Wiz winner for each year level from P-6 ….. Medallions
Top fundraiser class in P-2 and 3-6 ……………………….. $50 prize for class resources
Top spelling class in Prep, 1-2 and 3-6 ………………….. $50 prize for class resources 
For EVERY $50 raised, students in P-2 and 3-6 ……… Go into their own draw for the chance to win a Family Pass to Aussie World.
